Sr. Technical Lead needed in South Plainfield, NJ and various unanticipated locations to design, develop, test, and implement computer applications software. Gather and analyze client business requirements and design and develop computer systems. Oversee the installation of necessary software and customize software to the client’s unique requirements using .NET technologies, WCF, and Crystal Report. Coordinate with technical team to insure delivery of project. Supervise 6-7 IT professionals. Must have Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus one year of experience as a technical leader using .NET technologies, WCF, and Crystal Report. We will also accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive experience in the IT field. Five years of progressive experience in the IT field must include one year of experience as a technical leader using .NET technologies, WCF, and Crystal Report. Job located in Plainfield, NJ. Manage and direct the implementation & customization of software apps. Provide direct supervision & management of data processing personnel. Prioritize & assign work to meet critical deadlines. Hire & train team members, troubleshoot & seek resolution to problems as they arise, ensure timekeeping policies are adhered to, monitor & approve timesheets, report the status of projects, monitor employee performance, performance counseling & issue disciplinary actions as needed. Required skills: SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX Shell script, C, SQL, C++, VB, HTML, Java, XML & Oracle 10. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to interact with clients & train end users for various short & long term assignments. Offered Salary: $162,000.00 per year.
